Back to Bute!

I’ve been invited back to Bute Noir this year.

I know, they never learn!

This year I’ll be appearing with historical fiction heavyweights  (their work, not them personally) Anna Mazzola and Naseem Khan to talk about westerns.

I’m kidding, obviously we’ll be chatting about writing historical fiction.

The festival is a fabulous one to visit, the island is wonderful and if you’re lucky you can catch some superb views across the water, and this year it kicks off on Friday August 4.

We’re on Sunday August 6.

My first official Book Week Scotland event takes me back to the lovely isle of Bute.

I’ll be teaming up pals Caro Ramsay and Michael J. Malone once again – but not for Carry on Sleuthing, although I’m sure it’ll be mentioned.
